Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Processing of applications and renewals of permits and licenses at various government agencies
• Preparation of government documents to be submitted in securing and renewing permits & licenses
• Preparation of invoices for fees to be paid in relation to securing and renewing permits & licenses
• Interfacing with client contacts and ensuring timely communications of all required documents ahead of submissions
• Regular interfaces and updates with Business Support Lead to ensure timely execution of opera plans.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree Graduate (Law, Commerce, anything similar)
• At least 3 years of experience in government relations
• Familiarity with various government regulatory agencies
• Experienced with Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Native Arabic and expert English speaker.

- Attend internal and external meetings with CEO and clients.
- Preparation of presentations for new clients.
- Review, preparation, and coordination of company technical and financial proposals.
- Regular client interfaces with timely updates to technical and financial proposals as needed.
- Develop detailed operational plans with key milestones and deliverables in collaboration with Government Relations Specialists and CEO.
- Follow up on execution status of operational plans with respective internal team members.
- Provides the CEO with management-related updates and insights to ensure timely execution of permits and licenses.
- Bachelor’s degree Graduate (Law, Business Administration, Political Science, anything similar)
- At least 5 years of experience in business support, project management, customer service, or similar roles.
- Experienced with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent Arabic and English speaker.
